Transfer funds from credit card without cash advance?
Looking For Cash Day Advance Loan Reports
I am trying to transfer funds from my credit card to someone, but I can’t use services like Western Union or MoneyGram because they process the transfer as a cash advance. I haven’t found a place that will let me purchase a money order with a credit card (only debit card) either.
Can someone please tell me how to transfer funds to someone from a credit card and have it processed as a charge instead of a cash advance. I need to do this today. Please help!

Use PayPal.

Yes, Paypal
or you can ask a retailer to do it for you : you buy a 10 $ item, he punches 100$ (or whatever the amount), gives you the money back.
Maybe your favorite bar ?
The you get cash to go to western union or moneygram.
I really don’t know if it’s legal or compliant with your credit card company, so you better read your contract/see laws if you do not want troubles.

Legally, you can’t do it. It’s part of the credit card agreeement. If you are not charging goods or services, then the transaction is treated as cash, and you must pay the appropriate fee.
