why on earth would you be using it as a cash advance daily, or even for a cash advance? Usually that cash advance thing is to be used for emergencies, and the credit card part is to be used occasionally. If you're going to continually take money from there in cash advances then you need to get yourself a checking account, and then use the debit card for youe cash needs, or use the card as cash. Of course you need to put your paycheck into that checking account before you can draw against it though.

That probably depends on the issuing financial institution.
I think they may freeze your account for cash advances if it looks as if you are in trouble financially since that would make them look at you as a high risk. One big factor is what is the percentage of your current balance in proportion to your total card limit (not your daily cash limit).

Regardless of what the CC company may or may not do, are you SURE you want to do this? The interest on cash advances is huge. If you are in trouble and need help, I suggest going to a credit management firm and putting a better plan in place.

They won't let you take out more cash than is allowed so you can't get in trouble or anything. It's your credit limit to with as you please!

However, if they suspect fraudulent activity you might receive a call. As long as your verify it's you taking out the cash then you're OK. They're not going to call and ask you "so mr. smith, what are you doing with all this cash your taking out each day?" if that's what you are worried about. Now if stop paying bills and file BK in 6 months then you might have some explaining to do in front of the judge.
