Yes. You would need an employed credit worthy co-borrower or signer though.

If you have a checking account you can get a payday loan its just a way to get fast cash

Why would a loan company give you a loan? How would you pay it back?

There are a lot of loan sharks out there that will loan you money, but they will charge you a whopping percentage and you will pay back two times the amount you borrow, or more.
It is not all that easy to get kicked out of an apartment. it would be better if you could find a temp job and try to get your head above water. I checked the net for unsecured loans and most of them seem to want to make payday loans.

You can get a cash loan even though you are unemployed - you just need a lending company that does not check VoE (Verification of Employment) as one of its steps.
I know this is true in regards to getting home loans and would assume it also applies to other loans as well.

A better question would be to ask if you have any additional collateral in this case (ie. car, etc).
I would suggest that perhaps you look into unemployment checks (which I have heard take awhile) or contact local churches. Often local churches have something like “Christ’s Cupboard” (the name of our local one) that will pay your bills if they are about to shut off water/electricity and/or evict you due to nonpayment.
For this help from the churches, you need not go to this church nor be of that religion. They just help people that are having rough times & require nothing out of you for it.

PROBABLY NOT - YOU NEED TO BE LOOKING FOR A GOOD BRIDGE AND GET A NICE REFRIGERATOR BOX AND STAKE YOUR CLAIM OUT . NO BANK OR ANYONE WUILL LEND TO YOU .
