Short of declaring bankruptcy, I don’t think you have any choice but to pay them. This is why cash advances are generally a bad idea.

None, other than to pay them off. Those companies have the collection process down to a science. If you read the agreement carefully you will find that it is always in your best interest to pay them off on time, and as soon as possible.
Those late fee’s & charges build up very fast.
P.S. l’m curious as to how you were able to get 13 of them?
Were they all with the same company or did you use various
    places?

Start looking for sources for cash. Have a garage sale, sell blood, collect alum cans, get a second job — pizza delivery has flexible hours, and you get the leftover pizza.

Tackle them one at a time. It’s a really deep hole you’ve dug but paying them is your only way out.

The best way to get out of your 13 loans, is to call each company and tell them you want to set up payment plans. They should be able to give you a minimum payment for every payday. That way your account is current, and once you’re able to pay a little more, add that onto your payment plans as a paydown. Slowly, but surely all your loans should be paid off. Whatever you do, don’t avoid the calls because if you show the company that you’re unwilling to pay, they’ll just rack up those interest rates, send you into collections and that will effect your credit rating.
If you can’t even make minimum payments, then try debt counseling, you pay them an amount you’re able to each month for a certain period of time, but they pay off your loans so instead of dealing with all 13, you’re only dealing with the debt consolidators.
    Good luck!
