Where can I get cash from an AMEX card that doesn\’t give out cash advances?

Looking For Cash Day Advance Loan Reports
Hi, my friends owns me $1500 but she has no cash, only a AMEX but it doesn’t allowed her to give her cash advances. Is there a place (business) that she can go where they could charge her amex card and give her the cash?

Try a local titty bar. I know this sounds crazy, but some small joint places will actually charge a credit card like a regular transaction and take like a couple bucks out for each hundred, this beats them paying a high atm fee for one to be put in their establishment. Plus it will show up on her credit card as an inconspicuos charge like, “frontier network” or something. Good luck girl, and stop lending your friends money!!! Please dont ask how I know this
