According to the FBI, Isaacs would enter the bank, present a credit card or debit card to the teller and ask for a cash advance. Isaacs then would ask the teller to call a customer service number that Isaacs purported to be the credit card company’s service number. The FBI said the credit card cash advance scheme is well-known to the agency and to the Secret Service and has been used to defraud a number of banks in the East and South.
