Looking For Cash Day Advance Loan Reports



I was asking if you can get a large cash advance from your AM-EX card..I was not asking if I could have it from YOUR card..I meant n general can you obtain a large cash advance from a card? ie: I need about $4000, I have a $6500 limit..
